Fuck The Facts has issued the following announcement about releasing the "Live in Whitby" DVD:

"Awhile back I got an e-mail from the promoter of the Whitby show telling me that he had finished footage and was putting some DVDs together. Flash forward a few weeks later and a small box of DVDs showed up. So we're making these available to you guys.

"The DVD includes interviews, as well as full sets from every band that played that night; Fuck The Facts,Heaps Of Dead, The Unborn Dead & F.A.T.O. I've posted a small clip of us playing 'Everyone Is Robbing The Dead' from the DVD below. If you want to order the DVD, go here. We have a very limited amount of these, so don't wait too long if you want one. ..and as always you can still download the 'Live In Whitby' recording for free (or pay what you want) here.

Fuck The Facts Issues Album Update

Fuck The Facts has issued the following update about the band's upcoming full-length album:

"Our upcoming full length album 'Die Miserable' is currently being mixed in Winnipeg by our good buddy Craig Boychuk. Craig has been kind enough to post insight on how the mix is coming along, as well as share some wisdom with all you upcoming and coming recording engineers. You can read his 'Die Miserable' mix report, ask him questions and interact with him here.

"Meanwhile, this week we're back in our ghetto little home studio recording tracks for a bonus EP that will only be available with the vinyl version of our upcoming full length album; ‘Die Miserable’. The EP will feature 4 new songs not available on the album as well as a re-recorded version of the song ‘Unburden.' Check out this video of our first day in the studio tracking drums."

Fuck the Facts Reveals New Album Title

Canadian grind metal act Fuck the Facts has revealed the title to its forthcoming studio album. The title of the band's ninth album has been set as "Die Miserable" and will be issued in early 2011 through Relapse Records. Guitarist and founding member Topon Das commented by saying:

"Back in January we put together a little home studio and spent the month tracking a majority of what will be our next full-length album. Everything was shelved while we went on various tours, released our 'Unnamed' 7" EP and then 'Disgorge Mexico: The DVD'. But now having all of that out of the way, we are recording the finishing touches of this new album which we have aptly titled 'Die Miserable' after the feeling I have every time I need to write a quote about a new album. Mixing will be handled by our longtime friend (a.k.a. sucker) Craig Boychuk. He's pretty much had his hands and ears on almost everything we've recorded over the last few years, so we feel confident that he won't totally fuck it up. We're not very good at rushing out our full-lengths, so we're thinking this should see the light of day in the spring of 2011."
