Kaotoxin is proud to announce the first ever U.K. tour by French death metal machine Ad Patres, supporting the brutal Britts from Abhorrent Decimation. Kaotoxin Records comments:
"After having played HellFest and many other French festivals, Netherlands with Krisiun, a weekend tour with Morbid Angel in France and Belgium, played Germany’s DeathFeast and whatnot, it’s time for AD PATRES to bring their savage beatings to UK stages and who other to team with than Abhorrent Decimation for a brutal package of high-class death metal the way it was meant to be!
"Dubbed 'Your God Is Dead,' the tour will start with a one-off gig featuring Ad Patres only (and supports) in Kaotoxin’s hometown of Lille, France, on June 15 after which both bands will start a three days killing spree accross UK. It will also mark the touring debut of Pierre-Yves Marani recently replaced Sébastien 'Canard' Brouchican on guitars for Ad Patres.
"Ad Patres is currently in the writing process for the followup to their successful and brilliant 2012 debut full-length, 'Scorn Aesthetics.' The new album is planned for a 2017 release through Kaotoxin."

Kaotoxin Records has announced the recording of what could be dubbed as being "The French Peel Sessions" as, for the first time in France, the state-owned national radio network, Radio France, have started an ongoing series of "live in the studio" recordings for nationwide broadcasting on their "Le Mouv" channel.
Earlier this month, Radio France debuted "Le Metal sur Le Mouv," which is hosted by Tanguy Blum and airs every Sunday night. The show is focused on underground metal and has already aired the likes of Ad Patres, Deep In Hate, Drawers, Insain, Nolentia and Miserable Failure so far.
Tanguy reached out to artists on Kaotoxin's roster to record two of these "live in the studio" shows. The first one, with France's Calvaiire, has already been recorded and aired at this location. The next session will feature Unsu, Infected Society and Miserable Failure. This will be followed by and audio/video broadcast of Ad Patres performing live.
For the first session, plans are Unsu will record 20 minutes worth of new material from their debut full-length which is currently being mixed. Infected Society will record another 20 minutes worth of live material, while Miserable Failure will record a live rendition of their "Hope" EP in its entirety along with additional tunes from their current and forthcoming releases.
The band will also feature guest drumming by none less than Benighted/F Stands For Fuck You drummer-extraordinaire, Kevin Foley. The second session will see Ad Patres perform their current set live in the studio. Recording sessions are scheduled for June.
Kaotoxin Records has announced the release of Ad Patres' debut full-length, "Scorn Aesthetics," as a limited-edition -100 copies only - cassette tape. Specially mastered at the Ubik studio for this physical support and featuring a bonus track taken from the band's 2010 promo, the cassette is set for release this quarter.
The bonus track, "To the Fathers," is a demo version featuring both Axel Doussaud (the band's current singer) and Julien Lemasson (ex-I.O.S.T., former Ad Patres singer and founding member) on vocals. Fully remastered, this version of the track differs from the one appearing on the band's promo CD-R and split tape with USA's Writhing; released in 2012 by Nihilistic Holocaust.
This third cassette tape release by Kaotoxin marks the starting point of a series of limited edition cassette tape re-releases of all of the label's back-catalog of full-length albums. Expect more in the coming months by the likes of Antropofago, Dehuman, Drawers, Eye Of Solitude, Insain, Nephren-Ka, Nolentia, Savage Annihilation, We All Die (laughing) and more.
