Norwegian outfit Cleaver (not to be confused with the Chilean or Italian bands of the same name), is proud to announce that Kjetil Hektoen (Enthral, Sjodogg) has joined the band on vocals.
Previous vocalist Ola Langli has now left the band on good terms to focus on other studio work. Cleaver is equally proud to have recruited Jon Einar Hektoen (Posthum) on bass as Christer Lunde departs the group.
With these new members, Cleaver is also wrapping up the recordings for sophomore album "No Cure For Cleaver," which follows "When There's No More Room In Hell...." Stay tuned for more details.
Norwegian outfit Cleaver just released new EP "The Sickest Tales" through Necrostable Records, which follows debut album "When There's No More Room In Hell..."
After having played festivals like Inferno Metal Fest and Trondheim Metal Fest, the band felt the need to revisit its dark past and let three black diamonds see the light of day. The track listing is as follows:

Norwegian act Cleaver, which features members of Chthon and ex-The Sickening, has checked in with the following announcement about inking a new record deal:
"Cleaver is stoked to announce that we have signed with Dead Center Productions, which will release our debut album 'When There's No More Room In Hell…' on CD in the fall of 2013. 'When There Is No More Room In Hell…' features 10 songs, including titles such as 'Demon Semen,' 'The Dead Will Walk the Earth,' and 'Necro XXX.'
"The album was recorded, mixed, and produced at Necrostable Studio with Cleaver's throat slitter Ola Langli doing the dirty job. Now Hell is running over and the gates have been swung open! Cleaver is here to hit a unexpecting metal scene in the face like a hammer of steel!"
Drummer Espen adds: "This album is so far from being progressive as you can get, its actually regressive! Hail the infernal metal gods."
Dark and brutal deathmetallers Chton and dirty deaththrashers Cleaver are releasing a digital split-single titled "Screaming for Death" via Morningstar Music. Both bands hail from Trondheim, Norway, and both tracks on the digital split-single gives a taste of whats to come in the near future. The track listing is as follows:

The split-single will be available from all the major digital stores including Itunes, Spotify, Amazon, and 7digital.
Chton is ready with sophomore album "The Devil builds," and is about to sign with a label for the release of the album. More info on this will be announced as the formalities are done. The album will be made available on both CD and vinyl in the autumn of 2012.
