Today the speed metal cult Demona streams a new two-track 2015 EP set for international release on July 20th via Hells Headbangers, on 7" vinyl only.
Longtime fans of the band - founded and led by metal goddess Tanza Speed, who originally hails from Chile but now resides in Canada - Hells Headbangers secured two exclusive tracks here, "Allura Red" and the telltale "Chasing the Speed," which both continue the band's manic speed metal madness. Inferno Records has checked in with the following announcement about inking a deal with Demona:
"We're really proud to announce you the new band signed to Inferno Records: Demona! Demona started in 2007 as a one-woman project in Chile with Singer/guitarist Tanza. After a couple of demo, the 'band' started to get recognition in the underground circut and Israeli label Israhell Bangers released the 'Nightmare' release on Cassette, while German Iron Bonehead released it as a 7" vinyl EP.
"June 2011 saw Tanza moving to Québec, Canada where she recruited musicians to play live-show but also to give to Demona a complete line-up. After a line-up change, Demona is now composed of Tanza (Guitars/Vocals), Gabrihell (Guitars), Jeff (Bass), and Antoine (Drums).
"After intense rehearsals, the band recorded its full length album to be released on German labels Dying Victims Prods (CD) and Heavy Forces (Vinyl) in March 2012. Since then, the band has worked alot to improve & develop their own personal style of speed metal that should for sure please all die-hard maniacs into bands like Living Death, Vectom, Znowhite, and Sentinel Beast to name a few...

Demona will be releasing its debut album "Metal Through the Time" on May 2nd via Dying Victims Records. The vinyl version will be put out by another German label, Heavy Forces records. Demona was created when guitarist/vocalist Tanza left her previous band Poisoned. She then started Demona as a one-woman band in her hometown of Villa Aleman, Chile. After putting out a couple of demos and the EP "Die In Violence," she moved to Canada and is based out of there now. Tanza has also added three members to make an actual band.
