U.K. traditional metal band Monument, featuring vocalist Peter Ellis (Ex-White Wizzard), is streaming the band's new single "Runaway." The song will be available on December 18th via MGR Music.

U.K. traditional metal band Monument is streaming the band's cover of the Deep Purple classic "Black Night." The cover features a guest appearance by Firewind keyboardist Bob Katsionis. The single is available for purchase through iTunes at this location with all proceeds going to The Sunflower Jam charity, for which the late Jon Lord (Ex-Deep Purple) was a big part of.

U.K. traditional metal band Monument posted up an official live performance video for the song "Fatal Attack." The song is from the band's debut EP "Rock the Night" (see Metal Underground.com's review over at this location), which was issued in 2012. Hammerfest 2013 has just announced that along with St. Vitus, the festival line-up has just added legendary band Killing Joke. Angel Witch and a veritable who's who of metal will also be appearing at the Hammerfest 4 festival, which will take place on March 14th-16th at Haven Hafan y Môr Holiday Park, Pwllheli, Gwynedd, North Wales. U.K. traditional metal band Monument announced the band's debut EP release "Rock the Night" will be released on August 6, 2012. Monument features former members of White Wizzard, Biomechanical and The More I See. The title track of the EP features a solo guest performance from Judas Priest guitarist Richie Faulkner.
