Dirge Eternal Recording New Album

Dirge Eternal has checked in with the following update about recording an upcoming new album:

"Our album recordings are moving forward. All the drums, bass, rhythm guitars and most of the solos are done. We have 3 song recorded with vocals and we are recording more at upcoming weekends.

"We have to take a small break from the studio because Stam1na is coming there to record their new album as well and we will continue with the final mix straight after they have everything recorded.

"It's actually nice to have a small break from the studio and I have some time to do the orchestrations and keyboards at my home studio. Did I already say it's sounding killer?

"We're also launching a new website with the graphics of the new album and our website has moved to a more simple address right here. You can catch us there from now on.

"Stay metal guys, I know our new album will."

Dirge Eternal Splits With Vocalist

Finland's Dirge Eternal has posted the following announcement online about splitting with the band's vocalist:

"Dirge Eternal is sad to announce that we are parting our ways with our singer Jani. There has been a lot going on in the band lately and everyone agrees that taking this band to the next level is not possible with the current line-up.

"Jani made the decision himself, so there is no firing involved or any other hard feelings. Jani will do the shows already scheduled for this year, but after that we hope to have a new singer onboard.

"Dirge Eternal thanks Jani for all the great times together and wishes luck in all the future endeavors. You will find the way, just stay at it!"

Finland's Dirge Eternal has issued the following announcement about parting ways with the band's drummer Patrik Albrecht :

"We are really sorry and sad to inform you that we are going through some line-up changes. Patte, our drummer, is moving away from Riihimäki to Sipoo and his possibilities for practicing with us regularly are close to zero.

"Everybody is really positive about the situation and Patte has promised to help us if we still need a drummer for the shows to come and at the same time we are looking for a new drummer. Maybe that drummer is you!?!??

"Dirge Eternal wants to thank Patte for all of his work for this band and all the great times we had. Rock on brother!"
