Florida's Underlined has checked in with the following announcement about wrapping up work on the "& Then" album:
"The very talented Alex Crescioni (Diminished 7 / Stygian Sound) is officially handling the final mix of &THEN. The second its complete, we'll be revealing all the information regarding its release date, accompanied by a link for pre-orders!
"I've begun filming a music video for Eight Three One, and we're pursuing fall or winter touring / live options, since our last attempt to tour with a band, very much so, blew up in our faces.

Florida's Underlined is set to release the new album "Deadtime Stories" on August 14th, 2012 and the band has now released several songs off the record. Check out the tracks "The Suffering," "Our Redemption In Your Ruins," and "Within Destruction We Rise" below. South Florida’s, Underlined, has signed a worldwide recording deal with Standby Records - home to Black Veil Brides, Modern Day Escape, Hopes Die Last and Picture Me Broken. The band recently finished recording its debut LP, "Deadtime Stories," at Cleveland’s, Studio D Productions, with producer Don Debiase, which is scheduled to be released this fall.
“Underlined is by far the perfect definition of ‘Rock N’ Roll 2.0,’ which is why we couldn’t be more excited to be the conduit to spread their destruction to the world,” said Standby Records owner, Neil Sheehan. “It’s been almost two decades since bands like Mushroomhead and Slipknot redefined the incorporation of theatrics with punishing metal. No one has done this significantly since...until now.”
As an introduction to Underlined’s destructive force, the band has released the first song from Deadtime Stories, “The Suffering.” A still video showcasing the band’s bizarre look, as well as “The Suffering,” can be found below or at the band's website.
Mixing modern day power with the electronic haze reserved in the past for powerhouse bands like Ministry, Underlined is poised to show a new generation of fans just how punishing the next wave of masked heavy metal bands can be.
“I believe that our contortion of already iconic imagery will only assist us in the carving out of our path in the entertainment industry,” said Underlined frontman, H7. “While the use of make-up, body paint, masks, costuming and special effects are surely nothing new, I damn well know that we're a perfect ‘horror metal’ band of sorts, for all horror movie buffs, metal or industrial music fans and mental patients alike.” More...
