Hexe Krieg Splits With Drummer

Guitarist Dan Proper of Hexe Krieg has checked in with the following announcement about parting ways with the band's drummer:

"HeXe krieg has let drummer Jim Higgins go due to issues in his life that have directly affected the band. We are sad to lose Higgins but it was a decision that had to be made as his head was not in the game.

"A fill in drummer is undergoing intense sessions to learn the material so we can be back out playing live shortly. See you all again soon.

"Any drummers in the Hudson Valley NY area that may be interested in joining HeXe Krieg should look us up on FB. Also look for our first album 'Black Upon The Flesh' to be released soon as well."

Hexe Krieg Issues Statement On Stolen Gear

New York act Hexe Krieg has posted the following message online about recently having gear stolen out of a car:

"If anyone was in the Middletown, Sounds Asylum area Saturday night, Our bassist had his gear stolen from the trunk of his car.

"His bass amp and a bag containing his wireless, tuner, cables and other items were stolen. The amp had his name 'Adam T Schneider' on the bottom of it in black sharpie and had a sticker on the side.

"If you find out who stole this gear show no mercy! Also be advised that if you have this gear and do not return it immediately your life will be a short one... Thanks in advance, HeXe Krieg."

Hexe Krieg Gearing Up To Record New Album

HeXe Krieg is pleased to announce that the band will soon be hitting the studio to record a new album. After Thanksgiving the group will be meeting with the studio to finalize plans for both the "Burned Alive demo ReMix" and a full length self titled "HeXe Krieg" album.

Guitarist Dan "HellSpawn" Proper comments, "We will first do a new demo with an addition of one song more than our self recorded 'Burned Alive 2012' demo. We are writing feverishly so we have the material we want on this album and are trying new ideas in writing to further add to our already ever changing style of metal."

The members of HeXe Krieg are also gearing up for a pair of shows, opening for Marc Rizzo of Soulfly at The Loft in Poughkeepsi NY on December 15th and also Lich King for a special Toy Drive Show at Snugs in New Paltz NY on December 22nd.

"We are excited to be working so closely with Tainted Entertainment for upcoming shows in the area and will be expanding to shows in Albany NY and the Orange County area of NY for 2013... 2013 will be a busy year for HeXe Krieg," the band stated.

Hexe Krieg Announces New Bassist

New York death/thrash act Hexe Krieg has issued the following announcement about recruiting a new bassist:

"We would like to officially welcome Adam T Schneider as full time bassist! We are pleased to anounce a final full line up of David Diaz - Vocals, Dan 'HellSpawn' Proper - Guitars, Adam T Schneider - Bass, and Jim Higgins - Drums.

"We will be playing a 'debut' show at The PickWick Pub in Poughkeepsi, NY on June 30th with Austrailias own Rituals of The Oak and local acts - Boreas, Cabal 34 and In The Casket.

"We will soon be in the studio to record the 'Burned Alive' Demo with our newest member. Thank everyone for the support and we will see you at a show soon."

Hexe Krieg Announces New Lineup

New York death/thrash act Hexe Krieg has checked in with the following announcement about recruiting former Vital Remains/Godless Rising vocalist Jeff Gruslin:

"After struggling with the line up and the arrest of our vocalist we have some exciting news. We are now HeXe Krieg and would like to thank the addition of Ex Vital Remains and Godless Rising Vocalist Jeff Gruslin for the name change.

"We are also planning a visit to Dothan Alabama this June for the Brutiful Metal Fest along with other great NY acts such as In The Casket, Eyes Like Cyanide, Kill On Sight 518 and more to be announced.

"We have also added long time bassist Ed Fitzgerald to our line up and are now heading in a direction we like. We want to thank our managers at Brutiful Management and Promotions for dealing with such an unmanageable Band... Thanks Buffy and DeAnna.
