Rollover Dispatch (Spite, Etc.) Premiere New Track
Rollover Dispatch, the emerging side project of Spite vocalist Darius Tehrani and Hunter Young (Moodring, PSYCHO-FRAME, etc.), has unveiled a new single titled Night of the Living Dead. The track features a guest appearance from Travis Bartosek of Abiotic fame.

Monument Of Misanthropy Signs w/ The Flaming Arts
Worldwide booking agency The Flaming Arts Agency welcomes brutal death metal institution Monument Of Misanthropy to its roster. The internationally successful band from Austria has released two studio albums, an EP and a demo to date. The last album "Unterweger" was released in 2021 via the Transcending Obscurity Records label. Their new album “Vile Postmortem Irrumatio” will be released this coming weeks through the same label.
Monument Of Misanthropy has teamed up with Metalundergound.com to exclusively premiere their new lyric video for "A Nice Beheading For MoM ". The clip will go live on YouTube at 10 a.m. EST.

"We are pleased to announce Monument Of Misanthropy to the roster. Monument of Misanthropy are currently working on their 3rd studio full-length titled “Vile Postmortem Irrumatio”, which will be a concept album about US serial killer Ed Kemper. Titled “Grief Eater, Tear Drinker“, the new single finds Abiotic joined by ex-The Contortionist singer Jonathan Carpenter. The album will be released on February 12th via The Artisan Era.

Explains the inventor of the Monument Of Misanthropy brand-imprint, band founder and frontman George "Misanthrope" Wilfinger:
"Neither will I be using any empty bullshit phrases like "due to artistic differences", "because of unsurmountable personal differences", nor will I be washing Monument Of Misanthropy's dirty laundry in public. Fact is that after the last very successful years, three awesome European tours and two acclaimed releases, for me it feels like I should carry on with a new team of guitarists and bass player. Artists who still have the fire inside to go beyond their limits and with an iron will to produce a brutal new death metal album for Monument Of Misanthropy with me and one of the best drummers out there in the brutal death metal world. People willing to play festivals, to go on tours, even if the fee won't buy them a Porsche. Musicians who live for the cause. Abiotic Calling It Quits
Technical and progressive death metal unit Abiotic has broken up, with band guitarist John Matos offering:
"To the fans that we’ve been lucky enough to call friends over the years, It is with a heavy heart that I’m reaching out to you today. Less than a month from our debut album 'Symbiosis' 4th anniversary and after much thought and discussion the band has decided to mutually part ways.
"First off, thank you. Thank you person reading this, because you were in some way shape or form, a reason that we all got to do what we love for the last 5 years. Whether playing for 10 people or 1,000, getting the opportunity to meet all of you and play metal for you all has been one of the greatest joys of my life.
"I never thought in a million years that Abiotic would have gotten as far as we did or that our music would reach and impact as many people as it did. That is thanks to all of the amazing people that supported us. More...
