Orestea Announces New Live Shows

Orestea will be heading out for a brief run of European tour dates in September, with details available in the tour poster below. The band also comments:

Orestea has released a new music video for "The Game," which is the first single from new EP "This Is An Overture." Check out the video below.

The band's new EP is also currently available to pre-order now from this location. "This is an Overture" is due out on September 1st, 2012.

Orestea Announces New EP, Unveil Artwork

U.K. gothic metal band Orestea announced that the band will release a new EP entitled "This is An Overture" on September 10, 2012. Pre-order bundles are available at this location.

All pre-orders the will also receive an exclusive acoustic version the EP as a digital download, and be the first view the band's new music video for the single "The Game."

Orestea Announces Departure Of Guitarist

U.K. gothic metal band Orestea announced that guitarist Luke Genders has left the band due to personal reasons. The band made the following statement on its Facebook Page:

"It is with an extremely heavy heart that we have to announce the departure of our long standing guitarist Luke Genders due to personal reasons.

"Luke has been with us right from the start and we have had some of the best times as a group. Situations have however arisen which have made him unable to continue his role within the band. We wish him the best of luck in everything he goes on to do in the future."
