Cipher System Upload New Demo Track Online
Swedish metal band, CIPHER SYSTEM, have uploaded the instrumental demo version of a new song on their MySpace page.
Commented the band: "We will start record vocals in a couple of weeks, Who the new vocalist is will be a secret until you can hear him on the tracks. Nine songs have been crafted for the new album so far, and we will hit Studio Fredman [in Gothenburg] later this year to make the follow-up to the critically acclaimed 'Central Tunnel Eight'," which came out in November 2004 through Lifeforce Records.
Currently unsigned, CIPHER SYSTEM is seeking a guitarist to complete the group's lineup.
Cipher System Loses Bassist And Vocalist
Unfortunately Henric Carlsson (bass) as well as Daniel Schöldström (vocals) both left Swedish metal act Cipher System. The band released their Lifeforce Records debut “Central Tunnel 8” in November 2004, which received an amazing feedback from all over the world. Here you can find the official statement by the band:
Due to lack of inspiration and "fire" in the band, our friends Henric & Daniel have decided to quit! Henric will instead focus on his other band, Nightrage. We hold no grudge what so ever against their decision and we wish them all the best! Henric & Daniel concludes their
participation with Cipher System in a last gig at "Mälarrocken" July 1.
The band is currently trying out new people to fill the open positions.
Cipher System Finish Recording New Album
Sweden's Cipher System just finished the recordings and mastering for the follow-up to their just released split CDep with their countrymates By Night, the album will be entitled "Central Tunnel Eight" and was recorded at the legendary Fredman Studios in Gothenburg/ Sweden. The album will be released by October 4th via Lifeforce Records.
BY NIGHT are currently in the studio to record their yet untitled debut album for Lifeforce Records, expect the release of this album by November 16th.
