Faethom Posts "Become Alive" Video

Blackened heavy metal band Faethom from Fort Lauderdale, FL, just posted a live video for new song “Become Alive," which will be featured in an upcoming full-length concept album.

The video was filmed and recorded live at a warehouse by Colombia Metal Garage Community and Demuniom Productions, a project designed to unite the metal scene in South Florida and promote metal bands from the area.

Faethom Releases "Thou Shall Follow" Video

The Floridian blackened metal band Faethom just launched a new music video, directed and edited by Dan Jackson, for the song “Thou Shall Follow.”

The clip is released today in honor of the anniversary of debut concept album "In the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Unholy," released back in November of 2011. The band re-recorded the track in 2014 with its current lineup of:

Mariela Muerte (vocals, keyboards)
David Diacrono (guitars)
Hermes Reyes (drums)
Ken Hayward (bass)

Faethom Releases New Music Video

Blackened heavy metal Faethom from Fort Lauderdale, FL has released a music video for the song “The Letter" off the 2011 debut release “In the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Unholy.” The video can be viewed below, and the press release was also issued:

"The band began production for the video in September of 2011. The video showcases the band’s unique approach to conceptual music by presenting to the viewer the different characters that make up the story of Terror and Metal.

"The album narrates the ghoulish tale of an old hermit named Victor Garcia who is summoned to a nearby convent by the depraved Mother Superior Beatriz Cruz. There he is witness to the vicious desecration of a young nun named Ophelia by a demon named Ezrahmael. Chaos ensues and the story comes to a dramatic end with a cannibalistic demon baby making a meal of its mother and the ultimate confrontation between good and evil and in Faethom’s world, evil always wins."

The debut release “In the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Unholy” contains 16 tracks which includes such titles as: "The Letter," "Thou Shall Follow," "Lullaby for Heathen Spawn," "A Lifetime of Emptiness," and "Break the Vow." More...

Faethom Posts New Album Trailer

Faethom has posted a teaser trailer online for the new album "In the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Unholy," which can be viewed below. The band also commented:

"Faethom's debut concept album, 'In the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Unholy' was officially released November 1st. The band will perform the songs of the album live on a CD release show along with some other great metal bands from the underground scene on November 12th at EVE in Miami. The show will have two stages: The Ritual and The Altar stage both of which will showcase some of the greatest Extreme Metal bands in the South Florida region.

"Metal Messiah Radio will air an interview featuring singer Mariela Muerte and guitarist David Diacrono on the same day of the release at 9PM EST and all 16 unholy tracks will be premiered from beginning to end. You may purchase the album from the Merch section of our website using a Paypal account, also at CDBaby and directly through Facebook. The album will also become available in iTunes, Amazon shortly.
