Every Time I Die Posts "Revival Mode" Video

Every Time I Die has posted a video clip online for the song “Revival Mode.” The track is from the band’s upcoming new album "Ex Lives," set for release this March 6th via Epitaph Records. Check out the clip below.

The group’s singer, Keith Buckley, offers the following on the new video: "We worked with director Robert Schober who has done incredible work for Mastodon, Deftones, Metallica and now, us. The clip has a very ambiguously creepy David Lynch vibe to it and might be the first time we've never included a single one of our instruments in lieu of a story line that exists outside of us as members of a band. It's dark and weird and while not completely adhering thematically to the lyrics, it sets a larger, broader mood which marries the song perfectly."

Director Robert “Robo” Schober adds, "The video is a surrealist crime drama set on a lost highway...the story loosely interprets key phrases from the song...the guys were awesome and put up with many hours of freezing temperatures in the middle of the desert." More...

Every Time I Die To Release New Album

Every Time I Die is set to unleash a brand new album titled "Ex Lives" this March 6th via Epitaph Records. The new album was produced by renowned heavy rock producer Joe Baressi (The Melvins, Queens of the Stone Age, Parkway Drive). Pre-order at this location.

You can now watch a video for the song “Underwater Bimbos From Outer Space” from the new album below. The clip was directed by the band’s vocalist and lyricist Keith Buckley and features a barrage of startling visceral images which perfectly match the raging brutality of the track. As Buckley explains, “In order to write lyrics I had to pay attention to the defeatism that the music suggested. To compile this video I had to acknowledge the masochism I wrote of to myself. You don’t get rewarded for your faith and you don’t get celebrated for your heroism. Just when you find yourself attached, you have lost it. Everything is borrowed. C'est la vie.”

The "Ex-Lives" track listing is as follows:

1. Underwater Bimbos From Outer Space 02:43
2. Holy Book Of Dilemma 01:49
3. A Wild, Shameless Plain 01:49
4. Typical Miracle 02:25

The Acacia Strain Added To Feed The Beat

While many bands are hungry for their big break, Taco Bell is helping to satisfy their hunger for food by helping to pick up their late-night dinner tabs. Today, 100 bands and artists were announced as the 2010 Taco Bell Feed the Beat lineup, including The Acacia Strain, Emmure, and Every Time I Die. The fifth annual Feed the Beat program, which provides bands with $500 in Taco Bell Bucks while on tour, received more applications than ever before. Taco Bell issued the following statement about the program:

"Every touring band can relate to eating on the road and Taco Bell has become essential to keep artists rocking while on tour. Taco Bell’s late-night menu offers a variety of items to conquer any band member’s appetite. Recognizing this, Taco Bell began Feed the Beat to fuel bands with Taco Bell Bucks ($500 in Taco Bell Bucks per band) so they can focus on their true passion: music."

"The beauty about Feed the Beat is that the bands lead the way for the program – they tell us what they want and we are more than happy to supply it," said David Ovens, Chief Marketing Officer of Taco Bell Corp. "We admire all of the Feed the Beat bands and are especially excited to see those like Never Shout Never go from an up-and-coming artist when he joined Feed the Beat in 2008 to a headliner on the 2010 mtvU VMA Tour."
