Kambrium Posts "Beastly Hybris" Teaser
German metal band Kambrium posted a teaser of the new track "Beastly Hybris." The clip is a demo version of a song to appear on the band's sophomore LP "Dark Reveries," which is expected in 2013. The band will enter Overlodge Recording Studio this spring to record the album with producer, and Flaming Row guitarist/vocalist/keyboardist, Martin Schnella.
In addition to "Beastly Hybris," song titles on "Dark Reveries" will include: "Scepter of the Serpent," "Lake Gloom," "Spellbound by a Nightmare," "Dark Lights," "Taken By Storm" and "Opus Aeternus."

Kambrium Announces New Album Title
Kambrium has checked in with the following announcement about the title for the band's upcoming new album:

Kambrium Posts Second Teaser, Announces Producer
German symphonic death metal act Kambrium posted up a second teaser for the yet untitled sophomore full length effort and follow up to "Shadowpath." The band will enter Overlodge Recording Studio in Spring 2013 with a release expected during the year. At the producing helm will be Flaming Row guitarist/vocalist/keyboardist Martin Schnella, who will also provide backing vocals.

Kambrium Announces Special Guest On Second LP
German symphonic death metal act Kambrium announced that Amanda Somerville (Trillium/Kiske-Somerville/HDK/Aina) will provide guest vocals on the song "Lake Gloom" from the band's upcoming, yet unnamed, sophomore LP. Recording for the album is set take place in 2013 with a release expected during the year.
Keyboardist and song composer Jan Hein had the following comment: "I am very glad that we were able to win Amanda for us. She is a very strong woman with a great voice. I think that she will lift our music to a new level! I'm looking forward to the new album, and hope that we can inspire you with our music."
Some of the other song titles previously announced for the release are: "Scepter of the Serpent," "Spellbound by a Nightmare," "Dark Lights," and "Taken By Storm."

German melodic death metal act Kambrium posted up a brief trailer that the band has finished composing the yet untitled sophomore full length effort and follow up to "Shadowpath" (see Metal Underground.com's review at this location). Recording will take place in 2013 with a release expected during the year.

Kambrium Reveals "Shadowpath" Art
Kambrium, which recently signed to Massacre Records, has unveiled the new cover artwork of the band's upcoming debut album "Shadowpath."
"Shadowpath" was recorded at the Metalsound Studio in Osterode, and produced and mastered by Torsten Sauerbrey (My Inner Burning). The new album will feature 10 songs and is set for release on November 25th.

Kambrium Signs To Massacre Records
Kambrium has officially inked a deal with Massacre Records, and the record label had the following to say about the signing:
"The band has existed since 2005 and gained a lot of live experience at a lot of gigs, for example at Germany's Waldbrand Festival. Kambrium is five guys: The composer and keyboard player Jan Hein, Julian Schenke and Karsten Simon who are responsible for the backing vocals and who both play guitar, the lead vocalist and bassist Martin Simon as well as drummer Fabien Chmiel.
"Kambrium plays epic, progressive melodic death metal and combine atmospheric and uplifting keyboard melodies with a heavy, powerful and rhythmic guitar sound and drums."
