Martin Wittsieker of Harasai has issued the following announcement about the band deciding to call it quits:
"Well, the rumors are true: Harasai is no more. Some of you might be able to imagine how hard it can be to give up something you've been passionate about to a maximum extent for years, which basically is the reason why we have been quiet about this for so long now. Without going into the most painful details we'd like to give you a little insight to the various factors that led us to this decision.
"For reasons everyone should have heard about already playing in a band that releases albums is a tough thing these days, but something you can still do if you're willing to invest a lot of time, love and private resources, both financial and emotional... and so we did. One thing we have learned about the music business is that your best sometimes is simply not enough. Not that we are mad about this, but it's just like that.
"Some of the music business mechanisms really became annoying to us and ruined almost all the joy and emotional benefit you can take from doing this. After 2 album recordings, sharing stage with some of our biggest heroes and countless moments of fun and magic we really think it's better to quit with dignity instead of keeping a dead man alive. Harasai has released a new music video for the song "Three Kings," taken from the new album "Psychotic Kingdom." The clip was directed and edited by Mirko Witzki and can be viewed below.
Harasai will soon be releasing a new music video for the track "Three Kings," which was directed, cut and edited by Miwigraphics.

Germany's Harasai has posted the title track online for the band's upcoming new album "Psychotic Kingdom," which can be heard in the player below. German death metal act Harasai has posted a new song online for streaming titled "Dying Race Domain." You can check out the song in the player below. "Dying Race Domain" was producec by the band, recorded and mixed by Sebastian Levermann (Orden Ogan), and mastered by Dennis Koehne (u.a. Sodom, The Very End, Exumer).
