You agree that metalunderground.com cannot be held liable for any damages or consequences (physical, mental, monetary or otherwise) resulting from using this site, whatever those may be, I cannot imagine... The internet is full of assholes, so don't blame us.
Metalunderground.com has the right and ability to ban users (i.e. disable any and all user accounts) who do not adhere to the TOS, at the discretion of the site administrator.
